Hello World I have a simple setup GS DP750 with one GS DP720 handset paired The 750 is registered to a sip server When I place a call to the 720, the 720 plays the “ringback” tone as the ring tone I try to change the settings on the 720 to ringtone 1, 2, 3 etc… but the ringback tone always plays I went into the GUI on the 750, changed the system cadence to 500 500 and it worked for

I worked with Luis today from Grandstream support who was very attentive and prompt to address this issue Problem SOLVED in version 1 0 9 69!!! My phone was at an earlier version so this is what needed to be done: Upgrade to version 1 0 8 50 Next upgrade to version 1 0 9 26 Then upgrade to version 1 0 9 69 Using the Web UI of the GXP make these changes: Settings> Call Features> Disable

I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to upgrade the firmware on my GDS3710 for over a year now I would like to finally figure this out I tried using the provided GS upgrade software and the device simply reboots without upgrading I tried my own tftp server but the device doesn’t seem to even attempt to connect I am running 1 0 3 13 and tried the single file firmware upgrade to 1 0 5 6
