What do you do when a shipper asks you for the carrier's SCAC code when the carrier doesn't have one since it's no longer a DOT requirement?

I’ve had the same scac code for 6 years, current receipt and letter in hand it’s good to 2023, went to dundalk to load yesterday was told my emodal wasn’t active
