Well i heard a lot of positives about how dbrand is a good brand and has really good customer support before placing my order Its been 10 days today and my order is still stuck with 'Manufacturing delay', wrote a ticket to support requesting an update, no reply And all this, after i paid extra for 'Premium shipping' Is this normal when ordering from Dbrand? I wish dBrand had more options for texture on their skins I tried the leather option and it was nice, slightly more premium than the regular skins Also, the installation process varies from the person and phone, but I wish they had an option that if you bought a skin + Grip case, that it would come already pre-installed
