BH charges you when it is ordered, taking you off the market from ordering elsewhere If you cancel the BH order, you have to wait several days for a refund while the banks make a little more interest loaning your money out

Anyway, being that your circumstance seems to be that you did not purchase a product marketed as Open Box, it may be the onus of the Merchant (i e , B H Photo) to clearly communicate in their policy that they basically do not accept returns on products at all unless they are in an virtually completely untouched condition, which I believe most

I got my Legion from them with 4090, legit seller and trusted to sell items in factory sealed condition Return and exchange is possible without issues if you receive damaged box and the Lenovo box is still sealed If you break the seal and open the laptop then it's harder to return for refund
