The CDI box is sending its 12V pulse to the coil, as it should, but the coil is unable to properly transform it Nothing, or an inconsistent blink of the test light, indicates that your ignition coil is not recieving its proper trigger pulse from the other components of the bike's ignition system

Now I know you can't really test a CDI BOX, but i tried the following test just to see the results Multimeter 20k volts: POS to cdi orange wire - NEG to Coil orange wire = (-1 74)- (-1 85) constantly changing volts when cranking engine over If i swap the Multimeter connecters i get a positive reading

The next day we went to start it No spark what so ever So i Thought Hmm ok the Stator, Got the new one installed it Still no spark Tested the CDI Box on my dad's 2002 Yamaha Warrior his quad started right up So CDI And Stator are just fine i tested the Stator with a Ohm Reader setting on my multi Tester i got all good Readings And i just dont
