Just have the same issue, and found out that the Ctrl+Alt + Del was disable in Anydesk>Settings>Security>Permission Profile After check the box, disconnect and reconnect and now this option is enabled

Additionally, MAKE SURE TO REINSTALL ANYDESK AFTER FIXING THIS IF YOU INSTALLED IT WHILE THEY WERE NOT CORRECT SYNCED If you installed while they were incorrect out of sync it will not resolve the issue until you reinstall EDIT: 12 5 23 - You may have to also delete the Any Desk folder in Program Data Program Files manually as well
