I missed his numbered Yangtze Service medal but bought a Studley replacement medal that Outler had engraved on the rim with his name EM1c, Shanghai, U S S Luzon and the dates 1931-1939 I bought his Yangtze Barrier medal along with his named Soochow Creek medal with its named certificate It is a shame everything was split up
