Hi- I'm looking at some possible classes for my upcoming 9th and 11th graders Just wondering your experience with WTM Academy I think we will do the delayed classes so we have a little more flexibility in our schedule I know this sounds bad, but is it really rigorous? I'm not sure what my kids can handle
- How far did you get with WTM Grammar? - Logic Stage Middle Grade . . .
Curious how far you all got with Grammar for the Well Trained Mind I know the intro says not to feel bad if you don't finish the first time through Did anyone actually finish it? (I'm planning on starting this year with a 6th and 7th grader )
- Ive been reading the WTM boards almost daily for 20 years!
So much wonderful support and great ideas here on the WTM boards that helped my family really soar in our homeschooling days! Since our younger DS graduated in 2012, I've been creating my own curricula and teaching classes at our local homeschool support group's co-op Guess I'm a forever homeschooler! 😄 Edited March 19, 2024 by Lori D

- WTM Rhetoric and Great Books--is anyone doing this?
I've only been homeschooling for a year and have recently read the WTM and the Well Educated Mind For my dd13 next year we will be doing history and literature together We will be using both of Susan Wise Bauer's History of the World Medieval and Renaissance books (1 each semester) along with a little of Speilvogel's World History
- Is anyone else addicted to the WTM site?
I don't check the WTM forum twice a day and I certainly don't spend more than 15 min a day here Seriously, it's an addiction and I don't understand why these forums draw me in so much, but they do! I just accept it and move on, there are worse things that I could be addicted to
