EDIT: Personally, I don't use this method to adjust load order in Vortex I let Vortex sort the plugins On the few occasions when I've had to fine tune the load order, I've use group assignments I mentioned this drag feature in Vortex only because (in my opinion) it's the easiest way to make a plugin rule, if you need to make one
