Uplift Charity was founded in the summer of 2006 by four concerned individuals determined to make a significant difference in the lives of the less fortunate and underprivileged Muslims in California

The rate of Zakat is 2 5%, i e 2 5 cents in every dollar Uplift Charity organizes a monthly Food Pantry, and we need regular volunteers to help assemble 200-300 boxes of pantry staples, register clients and distribute food boxes at the event
