OneDrive file download is returning stale data We are having an issue where we are updating an Excel file in one drive via Microsoft Graph and then downloading the same file using the Graph Files APIs, the file downloaded has stale data It has a copy of the data before the update that was sent via the excel API

I have tried updating my GPU driver and checking for corrupt files through the CMD sfc scannow but the problem still persists I have seen some reddit post of people with similar issues to mine and the replies had mentioned it being a software issue i e outdated drivers
