I cannot sign into my Authenticator app on my phone It asks me to retrieve the code from the app while I am on the app???

Hi when trying to log into outlook account, it asks for my email and then goes straight to “we sent you a code” Although i cannot access this code as it wont let me log in without the code? How can i fix this problem? i have tried resetting the password This did not work we have tried logging in on differnt devices and connections

I have the same issue Been trying since last night to get back in I’ve managed to get into the classic version which is awful I just want the new outlook Won’t let me reset my password so can’t get a code says not available at this time Then says I’ve tried logging in to many times! Makes no sense, but I did the following (after trying millions of things) Removed all accounts from setting -> managed accounts, associated to outlook Restarted the phone Removed account from Microsoft Authenticator Restarted the phone Added account to Microsoft Authenticator Enabled Multifactor authentication Added account to outlook (android)
