The main problem is that Tristian has good class but his starting build is poor Not to mention his domains For example if he had fire and sun he would have been marginally better Not to mention that if he goes blind he is worse with either mele or ranged weapons

Tristian is by far the best healer on my team thanks to his generous amount of Channeling! If there's a tough encounter, I can just get him to spam Blessing on the Faithful on Ekun (stacks with Inspire Courage and Good Hope) and also cast Prayer (also stacks with Inspire Courage and Good Hope) which has a high chance of debuffing the enemy due

I was under the impression that after I killed all the monsters at the temple, Tristian would he available for a chat, and possibly even join my group I see references to later quests involving him But he's nit at Oleg's He's not at the temple anymore Is he hiding somewhere, will I encounter him later, or is this a bug?

Tristian is a better healer, but you’re better off using your time killing things than healing Harrim is a melee character, so he’s up front, and able to bounce teamwork feats off his companions, like Outflank and Shield Wall, making him a great little teamwork totem for your party

Yep I've heard of people who banished Tristian have him show up and kill Jaethal and vice versa The only game I didn't kill Tristian in Jaethal dropped him As it was I wasn't overly attached to him anyway but it still was pretty dumb how it occurred

If Tristian doesn't learn to forgive himself and look forward, he'll kill Jaethal For any one of them, whether they survive is determined by the story line of other guy instead of their own More specifically, whether Tristian kill Jaethal is determined by whether you teach him to focus on the future or the past

Leave Tristian in Ecclesitheurge, he gets some pretty baller spells (especially Elemental Swarm as a 9th level domain spell) later on He is better in the melee role (arguably better than Harrim) however once you get to around 6th level spells
