Hi I frequently find the BBC iPlayer app will not load properly through Sky Stream I click on it and can usually sign in then I often get a blank screen rather than the menu or the program I am trying to watch loading Sometimes I can't get as far as logging in I've tried refreshing the apps on m

I can always get iPlayer through my TV app when this happens so I don't think it's an iPlayer issue Any ideas? Thank you Hi Next time it happens try pulling the plug on the puck from the wall for a few minutes Check this clears the issue If not once you get in to iplayer try signing out of iplayer than reastarting your puck

Hi, Iplayer app on the LG TV works fine, thanks It also works fine on the Puck if the programme I wish to watch has already been shown or chosen from the Iplayer search engine menus

The Wimbledon UHD match on screen offering on the live channel to launch iPlayer in UHD or going straight to the app has worked fine first few days of last week choosing UHD for the Wimbledon match and has also been fine last couple of days I have been using it I remember that last time it took a fix from BBC iPlayer team to fix

On your Sky+ box go to the Catchup section and the BBC menu can be found on the left on the next screen

Hi - my Sky stream puck only seems to play BBC iPlayer at HD for some reason My TV supports 4K and I get UHD on other channels and apps, so I'm a bit baffled I have reset and refeshed apps etc, but no luck The iplayer application version is 32 37 5 0 An help much appreciated PB
