hi, I bought a bunch of these pyramid crab traps on craigslist for a buck a piece problem is they didn't come with the strings on them I'm trying to figure out how to string them so they close completely when you pull them up

Also, it seems like in many of the traditional crabbing states (Maryland, etc), recreational crabbers preferred panel traps, first full boxes, then topless so they could be stacked It's only in the recent past that ring traps nets have become the new hot thing
