Spoilers! But yes Togata is canonically trans! He actually explains to Agni how his gender dysphoria feels after he is outed against his will by another character I’m not sure about other trans characters written by Fujimoto, but there is a lesbian identifying character in chainsaw main who appears to be in a poly relationship!
