So I have been looking at different probe thermometers on Thermoworks website, and I saw that the Smoke X4 and Signals can run the Billows fan as an ATC My question is how does this ATC compare to others like BBQ Guru, Fireboard, and others

Thermoworks does offer waterproof probes for the Smoke, but the max temp is 500 degrees, not 700 like their normal, non-waterproof probes
