Twinui dll is developed by Microsoft It’s a system and hidden file Twinui dll is usually located in the Windows\system32 folder If there are any third party themes installed on the computer, it tries to modify this DLL file and this could be one of the reason why you're facing the issue The twinui dll

I asked for a work around and "dark theme" seems to help but I don't like dark themes So, I just want to keep on using outlook 2010 which works great, looks great, but now I can't use things that use MAPI if outlook 2010 is open
