I've never seen the Memory Clock on my Vega 64 Liquid Cooled edition drop below 500Mhz even at very low temps (it usually sits at around 24 25 degrees C at idle) I am using a custom PowerPlayTable to over clock the HBM to 1150Mhz which gives me a nice boost in performance My core clock drops way low at idle though usually to around 14Mhz and boosts to 1750Mhz under max loads where I see max
