Technics are pretty good organs, and pretty reliable, however this organ appears to be from 1986 Close to 40 years old, and not one of the higher models in the range

Re: Need advice on Technics SX-GA3 Market value depends on the area you live in It could go anywhere for a couple of hundred dollars to a thousand dollars I sold my GA3 for $200 here in the Pacific NW It was missing the music rest and the bench (both of which disappeared in a move) but otherwise was in excellent condition Technics organs are virtually 'bulletproof" Very reliable but parts

Re: Technics disk drive problems Have you tried cleaning the drive with one of those floppy disc cleaners? If that fails to fix the issue, you can replace the floppy drive To my knowledge, the EA FA series uses a standard PC floppy drive
