I found my way to this page because the add or remove programs part of settings immediately quit, on both copies of Windows 10 that I had updated to build 1903 Your Powershell script fixed one machine but not the other I sent in a screen recording of the incident happening, maybe Microsoft will have other suggestions

It's pretty easy to remove apps from this list but I was wondering if there was any way to add a program to this list manually if a programs installer fails to add itself or similar It would also be nice to know where the list of all programs is located in the first place rather than having to rely on the limited use of the programs list
