just bought a 30 gal fryer at Fleet Farm (wisconsin chain of stores) for 49 95 it also has a 20 min timer the timer is just a electrical mechanical switch inline of the thermocouple put a wire jumper across the timer connections and it is bypassed Do you have a pic of the bypass?
