- TH350 compared to TH400 notes - Second Generation Camaro Owners Group . . .
The TH350 being 2 52-2 first ratio, 1 52 2nd, 1-1 3rd TH400 being 2 48, 1 48, 1 00 Major differences are the TH350's lack of a rigidly mounted center support, use of a large diameter sun shell (drive shell), as opposed to the TH400's use of a sun shaft, and a TH350 uses a smaller diameter low reverse roller clutch
- How difficult is it to rebuild a TH350? - Second Generation Camaro . . .
By the way, the TH350 is completely in parts now and looks ok! I found a little wear on a few bushings but nothing serious I compared the new to the used, still installed bushings and the play gap is (almost) the same so I don't think I'll be changing those
- I have a th350 now. . . but I yearn for a standard. Anyone install a . . .
I was wondering the same thing myself Evidently noone has one of these I think I would prefer the Richmond over the internal rail transmissions, but I would like to hear the reasons for what everyone has
- ignition switch - Second Generation Camaro Owners Group Message Board
got the switch $15 Installed in about an hour Only had to drop the column about 2" to get up there to remove the screws
- Crossmember Differences ???? - Second Generation Camaro Owners Group . . .
What is the difference between a TH350 TH400 crossmember? How does the TH400 crossmember mount? I have a 70 and the crossmember was not on the car I put the crossmember next to the frame and it seems it's to long When it's on top of the frame is is supposed to fit in the recessed area of the frame?
