Although located in the US, we had initial problems when we set up one computer with GB UK English (a user-preferred choice for spelling and keyboard layout) language as well as keyboard layout, and it said we were not authorized Once we reset to US English and keyboard layout and restarted the device, we were fine So give that a try and let us know if this helps
