I was using windows 8 1 before upgrading to windows 10 and there was 300GB free space in my local disk C but after upgrading to windows 10 my space suddenly decreased

My OneDrive account either frozen or hacked I am using it every day and the storage used is well below 1T limit I am able to login but it shows empty No files no photos I can only see what’s there
