Hi, thanks for responding After some experimentation, I believe that the problem was within WMP itself A search on the registry found a number of places where the location of my public folders was still set to C:\Users\Public, including a number of entries under that for WMP itself After taking a backup, I reset those entries to point to the new location and the problem with WMP seems to

I selected an external storage device to free up space, as I need space to update Windows 10 However, once selected it still proceeds to take me to next step, which is to free up space (I've already done that step, repeatedly)
