Disney+ is not accessed through the Spectrum TV App itself as it is its own app website If you log in to our Spectrum net site, then click the "Services" option on the left and pick TV Streaming, you'll see the Disney Plus logo with a blue "Start Activation" option This will walk you through creating a Disney Plus account if you don't already have
