I can't comment on the Req Tec temperature accuracy but the combo of the Fire Board remote temp probe (s) and the Traeger grill is a good set-up Also, you mention the brisket stalled That is common and independent of grill or cook temperature (google brisket stall and you'll see lots of info) Good luck!
