simple64 is the best of the best, you set up controllers one time and it always works, no Retroarch mess, only downside is you can overclock the emulated cpu, but what is emulated is 100% accurate and you have Low Level gpu emulation thats literally like telling the n64 to render at a higher res, like all the effects are there, even the Ocarina

Go to desktop mode and open up simple64 Then click on settings and go to core and video settings Under the ParaLLEI tab, go down to CropOverscan and set it to 10 Make sure fullscreen is still enabled and you should be good to go!

I downloaded simple64 earlier, and noticed there wasn’t any option for this at all Which isn’t a knock against the actual emulator, I just don’t think early 3D titles look very good when upscaled Are there any N64 emulators out there right now that consider this and have filter options?

simple64, formerly known as m64p It's highly accurate and the one I'd recommend as it has the highest degree of "just works first try with every game" You can raise the internal resolution in the options too But it has somewhat higher system requirements compared to some other emulators because of the bigger focus on accuracy You'll want a very good CPU if possible, and a graphics card
