For instance, MOP ( Management Oriented Process) are management processes, so I think you identify Mgmt review, Continual improvement etc , COP ( Customer Oriented process) customer process, for instance Complaints, Customer requirements, Quality, Mfg, New Product intorduction etc, Change mgt , SOP ( Support Oriented Process) are for instance

I just went through our ISO 9001:2000 pre-assessment audit (We're a small design and development firm), we have been recommened for the certification audit , thanks to all in the cove for helping me prepare However, during the audit the auditor said he would like for us to start doing
