I was able to confirm with Shopdisney that the SS1000 pre-order held the entire order from being shipped Because of it being held there wasn’t sufficient inventory once other orders had shipped It wasn’t until Monday the 5th that they realized the SS1000 pre-order was holding up other items in the order from shipping

Typically ShopDisney doesn’t put Hasbro items up for Pre-Order They list them take orders when the items are in stock All of the trooper 4 packs said the usual “Pre-Order exclusively on Pulse ShopDisney at blah blah date time” in the reveal press info, but SD never does the Pre-Order
