I think "scan copy" is better than "scanned copy" because saying "scanned copy" sounds like referring to a copy of something that has been scanned rather than the digital product that was made from the result or results of scanning the physical object or objects

Hi Kuleshov, As far as I know, the person who scans your shopping and takes your money is called Checkout Staff (or Checkout Assistant) They will scan your items by passing them over the bar code reader, inputting multple items if more than one of the same item is to be scanned
