Unpopular opinion — I’ve never found the tonight show, letterman, Leno, SNL, etc funny They have had funny moments but on the whole, those shows are and have been way overrated Not so much now due to their politics but back in the day SNL was hilarious

Manch, to me TDS is an institution now, like the anchor desk on SNL Weekend Update or 60 Minutes There'll be good and bad hosts, JS will always be the standard, but it will persist regardless of how bad the host is
