Looking at the weather, Wednesday is looking pretty shaky Monday looks best, but since we had a late ride this week I didn't want to get too early next week Tuesday is looking pretty doable, so I got us set up with a place that came to my attention by way of Lyle Huncovsky (I hope I got that right) If you liked the rustic woodsy look of the Rusty Tractor, you should like the Hoof and Horn

Option A this week is Caleb's Breakfast Lunch, Kansas City, MO When I went to make the reservation, I was stunned when the lady said no we couldn't come I'd never had anyone say that for a ROMEO reservation Then she said "your aren't allowed" followed by "you are too rambunctious!" When I just stared at her, she laughed and said she was kidding, they love us Anyway, they will be expecting

Another TUESDAY ride, the last ROMEO lunch of 2024: we'll meet at Lila's in Piedmont They will be closing for a few months, so it's a good chance to visit an old favorite place They'll have a set meal for us; it's always been good, and lets them serve our group in a timely manner Lila's is located at 100 Main, at the north end of Piedmont

Let's try the Farmhouse Cafe in Frontenac next Friday 12 6 24 I'm afraid we might not see many good riding days for a while so I scheduled at 10:00 AM, since most of us will arrive in a climate-controlled cage anyway I read several favorable reviews about the Farmhouse, so lets see what they have to offer The lady I talked to said that they serve the entire menu all day I will see you all
