Similarly, the internal rhyme of 'And the caisson sits, to which he’s hitched' was a nice little counterpoint to the end rhyme and a bit of a crescendo before the conclusion I wasn't familiar with a caisson before reading this poem, it's always nice to learn a new word! An enjoyable read, sweet without being saccharine
