Mike: This may well be the John Roe who was born in 1718 in Chester [Pendleton Dist] SC, the son of William and Mary Roe He married Sarah [last name unknown] in 1746 in Chester, SC This John died and was buried in 1802 in Pendleton, SC His father William Roe was born in 1655 in Norfolk, VA; married in 1709 in Norfolk and died 28 October 1720, also in Norfolk William Roe's parents were Thomas
