Hello, it has been to my attention that even I clicked on the Rakuten browser button, selected the store and got a confirmation that cash back had been activated, 10 out of 10 times I did not get a cash back (Before Rakuten took over ebrates , it worked all the time ) I reported the issue and they just told me that opening another tab, having anti-virus, ad-blocker, etc could cause issue So
