新潟市の「MGC三菱ガス化学アイスアリーナ」は中越地方で唯一の通年使用ができるスケートリンクです。 7月には宇野昌磨プロデュース「Ice Brave」も開催されるなど、アイスショーが開催されることもあります。

ネーミングライツ導入で命名された 「MGC三菱ガス化学 アイスアリーナ」 は、フィギュアスケートやアイスホッケー等が楽しめる国際規格のメインリンクをはじめ、カーリングやスケート教室など幅広い用途に利用可能なサブリンクもあり、どなたでも氷上スポーツに親しんでいただける施設です。 通年営業で皆さんのお越しをお待ちしています。 MGC三菱ガス化学 アイスアリーナのリンク設備には、スポーツ振興くじ（toto、BIG）の助成金が活用されています。 ・滑走の際には必ず手袋をご着用ください。 （指先までかくれるもの） ・リンク内は左周りです。 逆走、スピードの出し過ぎ、危険な滑走、鬼ごっこなどは禁止です。 ・氷上でのビデオ撮影・写真撮影・携帯電話の使用はお断りいたします。
