Again looking that symbolic link, it looks like it hasn't changed so I guess the file it must be pointing to has C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\AppvIsvSubsystems64 dll I guess the question is, should I have simply copied this file over from another installation?
