I am a diamond member also and had that problem for literally seven months, calling Xfinity monthly to reimburse me for having to pay to get Peacock premium I finally was directed to Peacock directly and they resolved the issue in less than five minutes!

I have moved and my subscription to peacock is not working I even went into an Xfinity store and no one could help me I was told that I had wait for Peacock to get a hold of me???????? since I left a message at 833-580-0577, which is the number for peacock that no one answers This is very frustrating since I pay Xfinity for Peacock service!
