An MFC-L3770CDW that scans directly to an SMB mount on an RS1221+ Paperless-NGX runs on the RS1221+ and watches this directory and it all works pretty fine I have a few shortcuts set up on the printer for doing the scanning - this is the fiddliest part and it seems that you need to edit them using the web interface not using the touch screen

I actually installed paperless-ng last week, then later found out about paperless-ngx It looks like Jonas hasn't committed any code across Github for over half a year, so I don't have high hopes we'll see many updates there A whole team is working on paperless-ngx now, so I'm hopeful we'll keep on receiving updates

Mount the folder to the Docker host, then modify your docker-compose yml to point the bind mount to that host folder, done Paperless itself doesnt mount any network shares If you want to mount multiple consume folders, try mounting them all a subfolders and then mount only the parent folder in Docker
