I can now connect to my PS5 via the "PS Remote Play" app while at my school on my school's wifi I'm not sure if you just need to turn on the UPnP setting on your router or you need to both turn on the UPnP AND register your ps4 ps5's MAC address to your school's network but these were the two things that I did for it to work Wish you much luck
