I got an Aquacomputer kryoM 2 evo PCIe 3 0 x4 adapter for M 2 NGFF PCIe SSD, M-Key with passive heatsink 2 1 2 years ago and it has worked well Since the Mac Pro bandwidth is limited, you do not need a top performer But the drive makes a BIG difference It has a light flashing out of the back cheese grater holes
