Patco should follow the lead of Washington DC, focus on small extensions to one or two stations every few years (on both sides of the river) I would think that the chance of success with federal funds is better than moving on a 100-200% expansion of service

One can buy a ticket in virtually any denomination, I assume the minimum is the price of a single ride, and recharge it anytime the balance is low Boston's Charlie card is hard plastic, similar to PATCO's freedom card, New York and Washington are paper, or light, flexible plastic or laminated paper, like SEPTA's transpass
