Hello, without giving up too much about myself, lets just say I have a lot of experience with Pearson, heres what I can tell you about Pearson OnVue specifically and addressing some frequent questions concerns I see on reddit and perhaps some not-so-obvious information about your exam What I say will be applicable for most exam hosted on Pearson Onvue not just specific to CompTia exams

Even my coworkers from their homes ISPs failed the test at same step (video streaming connection) I've contacted onVue chat but there is no solution, only test in another moment and if you have the issue on check in, contact them by chat PS: What happened with your exam u Aggressive_Range_698? The onvue testing software locks down your pc during the test, and the proctors are basically on high alert Multiple photos of your testing area before the test, almost barebones testing area (your room), and a proctor who can (and is likely to) ask you to move your webcam laptop around mid test to make sure nothing funny is happening

OnVue Exam - Video Streaming Issue - Solution So I have given AWS and Redhat certifications in the past which was in 2019 (in person) so never had to install the software However, I took the Azure AZ-900 exam and it was my first time working with this software and it caused a lot of issues

Rant So I had an online exam scheduled a few weeks ago and the OnVUE app (OnVUE-22 8 85 exe) just would not launch no matter what I tried killing all the other apps and services, services running in the background, updating the OS, uninstalling all the VPN apps, any other apps that I did not need, adding exclusions in the antivirus, uninstalling the antivirus completely, warm and cold booting
