I'm not a gunwriter, but I do buy Nosler blems and overruns from SPS My understanding is some factories specify a cannelure from Nosler so the bullets they load can have a cannelure for a crimp When you buy these overruns or blems from SPS you are purchasing bullets specified by these factories Correct based on my understanding

Instead it's bullet length, and since the 63 Sierra is shorter than the 60 Partition it will stabilize even in a 1-14 twist Not a 223 but I couldn't hit the target at 100 yards with the 60 partition in my 14 twist 22-250 But it'll shoot the 64 nosler Bonded pretty decently
