Presumably Ninite Pro does the same thing except the software vendors receive a portion of the fee Ninite charges to use Ninite Pro (again, presumably) Adobe asks Ninite to remove Adobe Flash from the free side so as to force people to go directly to Adobe com to download Flash (where the added bloatware has a better chance of being installed)

Ninite automates installation of publicly available software packages that most likely contain msi files If you are paranoid, download the msi files yourself (you should be anyways) and then you have version change control

So basically Ninite is saying, "We won't let you install stuff to a different location because Microsoft says don't redirect Program Files," while ignoring the fact that they can easily redirect installers in a fully supported way I can't imagine anybody wanted Ninite to automatically redirect Program Files Here's the correct way to handle this:
