Any reviews floating around or thoughts on Nicks Boots? Not necessarily for bushcract but thinking about getting some for work boots I had a bad experience with my Russel boots so not sure I wanna go through the custom process again Any thoughts? Thanks

- Red Wing Sizes vs Nick´s Boots Sizes | Styleforum
Hi! Have any of you bought Nick´s Boots standard sizes (not using the fit-kit)? If so, do they run larger than Red Wings, or are they about the same? I really want to order a pair of Nick´s, but I can´t go to their store and I´m not comfortable with the fit sheet, so I will take my chances and

The boots I do with Nicks are custom heights with no top facing (the strip of leather up around the top of the boot) This helps to keep the boot from biting at the top of the shaft on 6" and shorter boots as well as creating a more clean, less stitched up panel of leather

I received my boots back (not sure on the timing, probably 5-6 weeks), and it appears that Nick's did the right thing Rather than stretch them (as the dealer indicated they would, it appears that they replaced and rebuilt most of the boots Basically, the only thing left from the first built seems to be the upper shaft

My first pair of NICKS boots arrived today! Went with a fast-shipping model, the Falcon in brown chromexcel They were ordered, made by hand, and arrived in Canada in about three weeks, phenomenal! I know that's not the norm for Nicks boots, and even more so given that I live outside the USA, so
