Nearpod offers a lot of things for free Try it for yourself before you put any money forth The same goes for Peardeck I'm using Peardeck until Teams finally releases legitimate breakout rooms because it lets me get all kids interacting in some way, even if it's extremely simple

Can anyone recommend a remote clicker for Nearpod in the classroom? I have an old ring one with a laser pointer, and it worked with Nearpod for a couple of years, and now it doesn't work with Nearpod at all It does, however, work with Powerpoint Any recommendations would be appreciated! I tried Nearpod for the first time today after using Pear Deck last spring I really liked a lot of the features it offered and I didn't want to pay for Pear Deck premium Unfortunately I had massive connectivity issues Kids were constantly getting blank white screens or winding up on a different slide even though I was in live participation mode
