Has anyone have a bad experience purchasing domain names at Namesilo's marketplace? I purchased one for $2,500 USD five days ago I asked through their online chat how long after the purchase would I have access to the domain and they said 10 minutes It's been 5 days and they don't even respond

Namesilo deactivated my account with all my domains The problem is I never receive their emails and they knew about this issue since 2019 but they never tried to fix it 26 05 2023 I paid Namesilo for 3 domain name transfer from another registrar, but they never were able to send me an email

@namesilo - Would be great if you could also add the option of selling only at a fixed price (no auction format), and then add some nice looking landing pages for BIN priced domains I know it's possible to forward the name to this, but it would be nicer to send type-in visitors to a clean (less cluttered) and professional looking landing page

Never use their escrow to make your private deals with your partners! They will scam you by saying your account is deactivated due to fraud! All my partners used their legitimate PayPal accounts and own funds to make the deals They just deadlocked your fund and scam it! Official response
- Namesilo just took SIX MONTHS to fix a security problem
I complained to namesilo several times as being able to view and alter other peoples BINs is a security problem and they just kept fobbing me off and telling me that a fix was underway
